Infrastructure for a better-connected Luxembourg.
Founded in 2022, P.L.I. is Luxembourg’s first TowerCo. We develop and operate shared infrastructure that hosts equipment from multiple telecom operators, with particular attention to how it fits into its surroundings.

P.L.I. supports operators, municipalities and property owners from site search to operation. We coordinate studies, permits and construction, then maintain the infrastructure.
Municipalities and property owners We assess potential locations and agree hosting arrangements with property owners.
Permits and approvals We prepare and follow up on permit applications with the relevant authorities.
Mobile network operators We identify sites suited to network needs and promote shared infrastructure.
Construction and deployment We oversee construction and coordinate contractors through to site acceptance.
Planning and engineering We carry out technical and feasibility studies, from foundations to power and fibre connections.
Operations and maintenance We provide periodic inspections, maintenance and secure site access management.
