OUR PROJECTS

Every place shapes its infrastructure.

Explore projects that bring technical requirements and local context together. Our infrastructure is designed to improve connectivity while fitting into the surrounding architecture and landscape.

Connectivity in harmony with the landscape

At Kaltreis Park in Bonnevoie, our aim was to meet connectivity needs while carefully integrating the infrastructure into its natural surroundings. The project was designed to accommodate telecom equipment in harmony with the park’s landscape.

P.L.I. developed a solution tailored to the site, with technical requirements and visual discretion guiding the design choices. Integration into the landscape is an integral part of our approach, alongside the infrastructure’s function.

This project reflects our commitment to developing infrastructure that serves a purpose, with careful consideration for its surroundings and the places where people live and spend time.

Integration designed down to the last detail

Near the National Museum of Military History (MNHM) in Diekirch, P.L.I. used an old chimney to accommodate telecom equipment. The aim was to meet connectivity needs while carefully considering how the installation fits into its surroundings.

Our approach combines technical requirements with a design tailored to the supporting structure. The treatment of the equipment’s cladding softens its visual presence and creates continuity with the chimney that accommodates it.

This project reflects our commitment to solutions tailored to each situation, where the infrastructure’s function and the quality of its integration are considered together.

Connectivity reaches new heights

In Livange, near the motorway and the exit towards Bettembourg, P.L.I. chose to use a building’s roof to accommodate the antennas. A straightforward solution to meet connectivity needs by making use of the opportunities offered by the site.

This rooftop location allows the equipment to be installed at height without building a separate tower. Our approach favours a discreet presence, with an installation that fits into the building’s surroundings.

This project illustrates a practical approach: using available rooftop space to develop telecom infrastructure, combining technical efficiency with careful integration.

A new site for connectivity

In Helfent, in the municipality of Bertrange, P.L.I. built a tower near the fields and the motorway. The project creates a dedicated site for antennas, with infrastructure independent of the surrounding buildings.

The equipment is brought together on a single support within an installation with a fenced base. Its position beside a track makes the site accessible for technical interventions.

Beyond construction, this type of project must support day-to-day operation. Access to equipment and maintenance requirements are therefore part of the considerations that help keep the site running over the long term.

Infrastructure that fits its local setting

In Lorentzweiler, P.L.I. installed a mast near the municipal workshops to accommodate telecom equipment. The project sits in surroundings that combine technical activities, tree-lined spaces and nearby residential areas.

The installation occupies an area at the edge of the site, alongside existing buildings and access routes. This location brings the equipment together in a dedicated space while taking the layout of the site into account.

Developing a new site means considering its neighbours as well as its function. In Lorentzweiler, this approach places the infrastructure alongside an area already dedicated to municipal services.

Discreet connectivity

In Niederanven, P.L.I. chose to house the antennas inside the church’s bell tower. This solution uses the space within the building to meet connectivity needs with minimal visual impact from outside.

The interior layout matters too: the technical equipment and access to it fit within the available space. The project combines discretion with operational needs in a distinctive architectural setting.

The bell tower retains its place in the landscape while serving a new purpose. This project shows how mobile networks can be integrated unobtrusively into buildings.

A solution designed for urban rooftops

In Belair, P.L.I. integrated the antennas onto the roof of a privately owned residential building. The aim: to accommodate mobile networks at the heart of the neighbourhood with a solution that considers the building’s architecture and its surroundings.

The antennas are housed in enclosures designed to resemble chimneys. This choice conceals the equipment behind familiar features of the urban landscape, making its presence more discreet when viewed from the street.

This project combines the use of a rooftop with careful architectural integration. It shows how a building can accommodate a new technical function while retaining an appearance that fits its residential surroundings.

A community venue supporting connectivity

In Limpertsberg, P.L.I. installed the antennas on the roof of the Halle Victor Hugo, at the heart of the neighbourhood. This project uses a public building to accommodate mobile networks in a dense urban setting.

The equipment is grouped around an existing technical structure on the roof. This arrangement takes advantage of the building’s height and concentrates the installation in a dedicated area, without creating a separate mast.

The hall retains its original purpose while taking on a complementary role. This solution shows how urban buildings can support connectivity needs by making use of available rooftop space.

Putting height to work for connectivity

In Belval, P.L.I. installed the antennas on the roof of a large building. The project takes advantage of the building’s height to accommodate mobile networks in a densely built-up neighbourhood.

This arrangement uses available rooftop space and avoids the construction of a separate mast. The infrastructure fits into the building’s layout, above the spaces used every day.

In an urban setting such as Belval, buildings offer opportunities to support connectivity needs. This project shows how rooftops can take on an additional function by making use of the resources available on site.
